m\u00e9dicale acad\u00e9mique.<\/strong><br><br>\nD\u00e8s son origine, le projet s\u2019est construit avec une exigence forte : proposer une solution <strong>utile en pratique<\/strong>, mais aussi <strong>rigoureusement \u00e9valu\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Le programme scientifique ADER a ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place pour \u00e9tudier l\u2019usage r\u00e9el de Lianeli, sa <strong>compr\u00e9hension<\/strong>, son <strong>acceptabilit\u00e9<\/strong> et sa <strong>faisabilit\u00e9<\/strong> en conditions concr\u00e8tes, notamment en m\u00e9decine g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<br><br>\nCette d\u00e9marche permet d\u2019inscrire Lianeli dans une <strong>approche fond\u00e9e sur la science<\/strong>, le terrain et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue, au pas.<br>\nProposer un outil num\u00e9rique ne garantit ni son utilit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle, ni son impact sur les pratiques de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"color: #ffffff;\">La pr\u00e9vention ne peut pas reposer uniquement sur l\u2019intuition ou la technologie : <strong>elle doit \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9e<\/strong>, selon des crit\u00e8res scientifiques, \u00e9thiques et cliniques.\nC\u2019est dans ce cadre qu\u2019est n\u00e9 le programme ADER.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"color: #ffffff;\">L\u2019objectif est d\u2019\u00e9tudier Lianeli comme un v\u00e9ritable dispositif de sant\u00e9 : comprendre comment l\u2019outil est per\u00e7u, utilis\u00e9 et int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans la pratique courante, notamment en m\u00e9decine g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/br>\nCette d\u00e9marche s\u2019inscrit dans une logique acad\u00e9mique rigoureuse, respectueuse des patients, des professionnels de sant\u00e9 et des recommandations nationales.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"color: #ffffff;\">\u00c9valuer, c\u2019est garantir que l\u2019innovation serve r\u00e9ellement la pr\u00e9vention \u2014 et qu\u2019elle s\u2019inscrive durablement dans les parcours de programme de recherche scientifique d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019outil Lianeli.<\/p>\n\n<p>Son objectif global est clair :\n<strong>\u00e9tudier l\u2019usage r\u00e9el de Lianeli et sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019int\u00e9grer dans la pratique courante des soins primaires<\/strong>, en particulier en m\u00e9decine g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/p>\n\n<p>Le programme ADER vise notamment \u00e0 :\n<ul>\n \t<li>\u00e9valuer la compr\u00e9hension et l\u2019acceptabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019outil par les patients,<\/li>\n \t<li>analyser son utilisation en consultation,<\/li>\n \t<li>mesurer sa faisabilit\u00e9 dans le quotidien des professionnels de sant\u00e9,<\/li>\n \t<li>inscrire la pr\u00e9vention dans une logique structur\u00e9e d\u2019aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision m\u00e9dicale.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/p>\n\n<p>Con\u00e7u selon une logique d\u2019\u00e9valuation progressive, ADER se d\u00e9ploie par \u00e9tapes successives, permettant d\u2019avancer de mani\u00e8re
